pure black fuels

pure black fuels

Pure black fuels are the designation of emulsified fuels made from heavy fuel oils and water. The water has been added a small quantity of urea prior to the emulsifying process.

Pure black fuels are extremely stable micro emulsions, made in accordance with our patented production process.

The percentage of water in Pure black fuels are normally between 6% and 20% by weight, depending on the intended use.

Pure black fuel are suitable for use in all types of boilers and furnaces which are equipped to burn heavy fuel oils. The improved combustion capability of the fuels after being emulsified and the consequent reduction in emission of air pollutants may allow the client to change to a cheaper fuel oil of lower quality, without exceeding the statutory emission limit values.

The improved combustion also results in reduced maintenance and cleaning of the boiler and burners.

Pure black fuels can be used in medium and large bore diesel engines provided the process water is demineralised prior to the patented production process of the fuel.
